2007 PERFORMER APPLICATION (Deadline July 7th):

LadyFest Ottawa is looking for performers.

LadyFest Ottawa is an inclusive, feminist organization. We feel that providing a venue for women artists counters the obstacles and discrimination that women often face, including sexism, homophobia and racism. We are proud to support diversity in our community and to showcase women's artistic expression and share ideas through music, performance, film and video, exhibitions, panels and workshops.

In previous years LadyFest Ottawa has had the pleasure of showcasing a variety of talented performers. Once again we are looking to fill up our festival with clever and capable musicians, artists, writers, dancers, spoken word artists, slam poets and d.j.’s. Do you want to play or perform at LadyFest Ottawa this year? Send us an application. We strongly encourage anyone with a diverse background and diverse talents to submit an application.
