Produced by the notorious Villa Villa Cola (VVC) squadron, "Getting Nowhere Faster" brings to light the elusive and mysterious underworld of female skateboarders. VVC has been skating, making zines & films and doing sk8 road trips for ten years, inspiring us and making the girl sk8 community stronger along the way. This film shows VVC's seriously wicked sk8 talent (including an 11-yr girl who could kick Tony Hawke's ass!) plus a series of skits that tell the tale of a crazed barbie doll's mission to 'girly'-fy the VVC.
